Every day when I go for a walk, I pass by a house that is filled with homemade no-dog-poop signs, featuring a picture of a dog doing its business, accompanied by the words: "Poop on your own sidewalk!" Believe it or not, there’s never a single pile to be found anywhere in that entire street—except for right around the house with the signs. That sidewalk is always littered with dog poop. It really makes you wonder.

My name is Lenore, and I am the driving force behind EASE your senses. As a highly sensitive person, I have learned to shape my life differently to maintain my balance. This journey has not been without its bumps; each obstacle has taught me valuable lessons that continue to guide me.


Since I was fourteen, I have been deeply engaged with spirituality, faith, and personal development. My journey has led me through various courses and provided me with a wealth of knowledge that I am eager to share with you, filled with love and passion.


EASE your senses is not just a project for me; it’s a way of life. It reflects how I handle my emotions, the peace I allow myself, my eating habits, the organization of my home, and even the upbringing of my sensitive daughter. These elements, combined with my love for writing and my desire to create, form the core of EASE your senses. My mission is to inspire and motivate others and to share the love I feel with the world.
